Hotel «Osnabruck» is located in the central historical part of Tver. During the hotel construction financial support was given by a group of businessmen from the German city of Osnabruck, a twin-city of Tver (thus the name of the hotel «Osnabruck»). The first building was opened in November 1997, the second building — in June 2002.

The hotel has 34 comfortable rooms including 9 suites. Every room is equipped with direct dial international telephone, satellite television, mini-bar, working area and a smoke detector system, interactive TV. All rooms are air-conditioned.
